Our psychometric tool is a well established data and science backed product used by many companies around the World. We have submitted your feedback to them so that they can review their question sets and determine if any changes need to be made. Please understand, the tool is used by all Employers; including Churches and Charities so it is not designed for a Tech focus only. I am assured the question was not specific to a religion but more about a career in religion. Hacker Rank, however, is directly related to the Tech stack we use and the proprietary platform we are building. We recognize that test was difficult and it is by design by our current Engineers.
