Easy... Walk in and tell them you can sell and that you have call experience. You will get the job a week later.. The main experience you need is B2C, if you have B2B experience you will be moved to better campaigns. Make sure you show them that you have a good personality and that you enjoy working with people etc. Sell yourself as a "bubbly person"..
