I was referred by a current employee. I had a phone interview with recruiter followed by an in person interview at the Paoli office. Interview was very pleasant and I left the interview with a strong desire to work for this organization and team. A few days after the interview, I was made an offer from HR over the phone. The offer was very low in pay. I asked for $2 more an hour. After a few days, HR called me back and confirmed they were unable to negotiate and was not willing to increase the hourly rate at all. This was very disappointing, as I was very excited about this role and team.

I applied online and was contacted a couple days late to have a phone interview. The interviewer never called and I even followed up with them and i never got a reply. Extremely unprofessional company.
