I had four consecutive phone interviews with different people who clearly did not speak to one another before calling me. For the final phone interview, I waited for 30 minutes for them to call me and eventually had to reach out to them, only to hear back the next day that they hadn't looked at their calendar before scheduling with me. I finally met with two people for an in person interview after they sent me to the wrong place. I expect start ups to be a little less structured, but this process let me know that they're just plain disorganized. It's very clear that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing, which is unsettling.
