First round would be a telephonic interview with the HR, after that I had 2 technical discussion round. Finally I was selected to the marketing head round and completed it. But after that I faced a very bad experience in the process. The HR told that she will get the feedback of the last round in 2 days and after that there is no response from her, even though I tried to contact her. One of my suggestion is, kindly donot play with candidates efforts. This is not the right way to handle the candidates
