Recruiter phone screening with standard questions asking about my past experience. After being told there would be a follow up and next round I was ghosted after reaching out 3 times.

The interview process was okay- involved initial screening with Recruiter Chris, followed by interview with head of client success and another with a middle manager. Communication was great up until they decide to not move you forward at which point they will ghost you and no longer respond when you reach out without letting you know one way or another.
