First Round: Recruiter screen. Second Round: Hiring Manager screen. Final Round: 6 seperate interviews with a take home assignment. One of the more labor intensive interviews ive had. Most people were great, but a few of my interviewers seemed disengaged and just reading off a list of questions rather than having a conversation. Got rejected via an auto message and got ghosted when asked for feedback. Very disheartening and disrespectful to get an auto response and gohsted after putting in so much work and going through so many rounds. No respect for the time the candidates put in.
