Zepz's recruiter approached me on LinkedIn. Once the initial conversation is done, the remaining process is done in 4 stages. 1. 30-45 call with Engineering lead. Mostly technical fundamentals. 2. Online timed programming tests 3. 60 minutes pair-programming/system design 4. Cultural fit interview with director of engineering The whole process completed very quickly (approximately 2 weeks) once availability on both sides is sorted out.
The interview process starts with an Intro call with the recruitment Team, then a more technical interview with one of their engineering team member. If you pass the screening process, you will be given a take home interview project

I recently went through an interview process for a software backend engineer role, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I've had so far. The entire process was extremely well-organized, and the recruiter and interviewers were very professional and friendly throughout. The process started with a phone screen with the recruiter, who was very knowledgeable about the company and the role I was applying for. He was also very transparent about the interview process and what I could expect from each round. He asked me some basic questions about my experience and skills, and also gave me a chance to ask questions about the company and the role. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The next round was a technical interview with two software developers from the company. They were very friendly and professional, and made me feel comfortable right from the start. They asked me some challenging technical questions related to the role, and also gave me some coding problems to solve on a shared screen. Throughout the interview, they gave me helpful feedback and guidance, and also asked me some behavioral questions to understand my work style and approach to problem-solving.
