It was a really long process with 5 rounds. The first four were online programming tests from various websites which I cleared. The fifth was a client interview. After a week of 5th round, I mailed them to ask my status and they said it was negative. But, they have to have courtesy and ethics to at least inform the candidate, that too after 4 rounds. Again, I received a call for another position. This time, I clearly told them that they have to communicate properly. The interviewer was a very inexperienced person who asked very silly questions like "Tell me 50 words that don't have letter 'e' He asked me about the version of JavaScript that I had worked on and I told him it was ES6. He asked me about earlier versions to which I truthfully answered that I had been trained and worked only in ES6. To that, he said that ES6 has nothing worthwhile it it. I felt bad as I thought that saying such things is akin to insulting the programmers who created them. The interviewer had given negative feedback with all the silly questions he had asked. Anyways, I would have declined as I cannot work with such immature people. My advice to the company: Please don't assign such arrogant and immature people as interviewers.

No management at all .Waited 2 plus hour 1st round of interview. For next round waited 3 hour. By that time I got totally frustrated.They didn't even asked for cup of tea..Infored HR and left the place.
