The whole experience was genuinely laid-back, and there was absolutely no sense of pressure. The atmosphere was incredibly comfortable, which made the whole process feel natural and easygoing. I simply needed to share a bit about myself with the interviewee, and that was really the extent of it. The vibe was so relaxed that it felt more like a friendly conversation than a formal interview.
