      30 mins HR call and followed 1 hour call with director and another 1 hour call with 2 technical folks. The HR and MD was delight interview. However during technical interview there was saltiness with interviewer when I mention that I manage team. Though the expectations of the role pretty much explained by HR and well aware of it. Once I described on my experience . The whole time interviewer was quite unhappy and that was very uncomfortable and felt like the session already into losing. The technical session had system design section and the interviewer were just cutting me off the entire time and weren’t helpful to be giving more clarity when I asked more questions.

      Entrevista

      Starts with HR pre screening, then "Vision interview" which basically is a behavioural/technical asking what relevant jobs you've done. Following that was notified that I was being considered for multiple roles, not limiting to backend, frontend, full stack or machine learning related. Hence, was told that they will test me on everything to see which role I'm relevant for. But in actual fact, technical interview interviewer grilled mainly on backend and not the "everything" that was mentioned by the recruiter. Not structured interview process, even recruiter doesn't have a hint on what the technical interview process is like: mentioned coding challenges, whiteboarding, system design questions but got questions that were looking for a single correct answer, maybe based on what interviewer is most comfortable with. Seems to be flexible in that sense, maybe company culture allows for flexibility. Seems to be a great place to learn for fresh graduates.

      Entrevista

      There are 3 rounds of interview - HR interview. The HR traveled to my workplace to conduct the interview. It was very impressive! - 2 rounds of technical interviews. The first interview was to evaluate my current skill sets. e.g. What technologies I have used and some theory questions. e.g. Do you know about functional programming? After the first technical interview was passed, they would like you to learn some new technologies which you could choose one from the options they gave. After one week, the second interview would evaluate how well you had learnt the new technologies in the past one week, together with some algorithm questions. For my case, I had used Angular previously, so I was required to learn React.
