Après un premier entretien RH en visio, deux entretiens techniques en présentiel sur site, le premier était plus du type "System Design Interview", et le second une discussion plus ouverte.

Entrevista
There were total 3 rounds including one Vision round which resolves around individual’s behavioural assessment followed by 2 technical rounds one with the Zenika interviewer and another with Client side interviewer.
Vision round is quite unique process which doesn’t require any special preparation apart from being true to what you do and what you believe.
Technical rounds included an HR portal system design and a coding round of converting numbers with the respective string values like 123 > one twenty three.

1. "Vision" interview with the leadership
2. Take home assessment
3. Technical interview
All rounds were ok, except for the technical round where they send 2 inexperienced developers to conduct the interview and they will be pushing the other person to ask the questions. Even the interviewers in this round is inexperienced, the attitude of developers is not. They have the attitude of the CEO. Did not feel so even when attending "vision" round with the leadership. Even the questions seems to be totally absurd - like where did "Agile" codeword originates from. They ask a certain question and do not give us enough time to even think about if we've used it the past, instead they just cut you off saying - say no if you do not know what this means. Very bad experience with the technical round of interview
