3 Zoom interviews with Talent Manager, Hiring Manager and finally a Peer Interview. This was followed by a presentation / roleplay on a scenario where you are a TAM and recommending next steps for an enterprise account.

Entrevista
First a video call with someone from HR, then a meeting with someone from the potential future team, then another follow up with HR, then with the potential line manager, and then a round with other potential colleagues as well as the unit director.
Everything went well until meeting the unit director and the bigger round. HR had clearly sent me different instructions to what the director and team were expecting to hear. Furthermore the director was late to her own meeting. This is the opposite of leading with example.
Everyone on the call recognised that I had clearly been given different instructions and wanted to reschedule.
At this point I withdrew my application. After 4 rounds of interviews to treat the person being interviewed with such disrespect, sending wrong instructions and thinking they can just mess the time around while they figure out how processes work was the biggest red flag. A company that fails so badly with the basics is not somewhere anyone with any experience or pride in their work should waste valuable years of their life. The frustration from the people working there was palpable.
