They could just ghost you after all the interviews and technical challenges, the company does not really care about the candidates. I found a position on the official page and sent my CV. After that, the recruiter contacted me by mail with several questions. We set up a call with the hiring manager, it was 30 mins with some general behavioral questions and sharing the position description. Shortly after I received the tech challenge, it was quite easy, but I tried to do my best since I was interested in that position, I spent 3 days on it (quite fast I believe). After that next interview with project team members was set up, it contained a lot of theory-typical questions for the position. No one had taken a look at the tech task, but it was on the agenda. The main interviewer just asked questions as any examiner does. After all, it was not quite easy to pass two interviews and prepare a good solution for a tech task, but the company just ghosted me. I have not received any feedback (but the interviewer promised). I would not recommend wasting any time for this company.
