Entrevista
The process included a phone screen interview, a on site interview and the usual paperwork. The phone screen was with the hiring manager and included both motivational and technical questions.
The on site interview was very interesting as included technical questions, code pairing, design and architectural questions. Even the CTO participated in the process ( though I didn't know who was who during the interview). Some interviews were 1:1 while the others were 2 interviewers, or 2:1 if you will.
Even though there was the drilling on all aspects expected on a senior candidate, and some questions were very hard, the interviewers wouldn't intimidate or make me uncomfortable they were really trying to assess me as a professional and also as a fit to the Zendesk engineering culture.

The most difficult interview was the pair programming session. I wasn't expecting to write actual working code during the interview. But it was fun.

1st round HR round then a screen round with Engineering manager, and then a live coding test with 2 engineers.
I got rejected after the coding test so don't know the process beyond it.
