Their process was executed to ensure an exceptional customer experience. It's great to see a company that actually practices what they preach! The recruiter kept me updated and quickly answered my questions throughout the entire process. The hiring manager was very responsive and helpful as well. Its evident the folks at Zendesk value their candidates.

5 rounds of interviews including screening and panel. Everyone I met with was very friendly but their process was painfully slow. It would take over a month to hear a response between each step. If you reach out for updates they just ignore you. They are probably endlessly interviewing people for the same roles because by the time they follow up with applicants, the applicants are already working somewhere else. In the end I was ghosted after 5 rounds despite receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback during each round. Not a great experience, especially for a company that sells a product that is supposed to prevent ghosting.
