It's fake product based company but just consultancy company who is sending employees to Client offices on ZnA payroll. I attended an interview on Saturday morning. It's a very small company with only 1 odc office in Bangalore which is opened last year. They sent employees to client side regularly. There were total 3 rounds happened- 1st technical 1 hour - All basics of JavaScript, Ecmascrpit, basic programs reverse, palindrome. Angular structure. 2nd technical 45 mins - Lead asked me about experience roles on my projects. Then basics of ES6 concepts, Nodejs how to make APIs and mongoDb how much you worked ? 3rd HR 30 mins - Salary discussion I asked for 30 40% hike. He readily agreed to give, but he asked me not to go for other interviews now. 🤔 I said I ll check but how can I stop giving interviews. He said - he will only generate offer letter once you confirmed you won't go to other companies.😄 I got emails from HR that submit all your previous salaries, identity proofs and documents. I submitted. There is no offer letter yet. I emailed all HRs that I am looking to join your company with my confirmation. It's been a complete month now, they are not able to generate an offer letter for selected candidates. So, do not trust them and do not waste your time to go there and give interview even. I got call after 1 month and saying please give 2 3 other rounds at our client office also if gets selected will roll out offer letter om our payroll. In case rejected, we will take to our own projects.😂 Guys, beware do not fall in their falsy promises.
