Interview process was fine, all the people I've met with were kind and they scheduled everything quickly. I've then had a final call with with the head of product where I received a verbal offer matching my expectations, expectations that were communicated by me at the very beginning. He again confirmed that my expectations were within their range and even joked that we wouldn't be speaking otherwise. Imagine my surprise when the next day they come with a good old bait-and-switch: suddenly their "best" offer is €15.000 less than previously communicated. Very unprofessional and dishonest, I would advise everyone to avoid this company.
