Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Zehnder's (Frankenmuth, MI) en sep 2022
Entrevista
It went really smoothly until they started writing down what tattoos I have on my application. You know, like they do when you're booked into prison. She said I'd have to cover my tattoos up and I agreed without any thought. I thought it was odd because I've never been discriminated against for my tattoos ever at any job. Now I understand that they are super uptight and have a no tolerance tattoo/piercing policy. Wish they'd have mentioned it in the job description instead of wasting interviewees as well as their own time. Other than that it was a classic interview i.e what is your greatest strength/what is your greatest weakness etc.

They asked me when I'd be available to start and what hours I'd be available to work. Told me callbacks would be a few days after the interview. They were very hard to get ahold of. I called multiple times and never got through to anyone to know either way if I got the job or not. It was a wild experience and I'd never recommend this company to anyone. All around seems like an uptight/low reward job for people who fit into the stereotypical "normal" category. None of the employees I saw pass by while waiting for my interview had a smile in their face. Not a single one.
