The interview process was structured across multiple stages, including a technical challenge and review, but felt well-paced and thoughtful throughout. Each step gave me a deeper understanding of the company’s culture and values, especially through conversations with people from different teams who would be directly relevant to the role. Regardless of department, everyone I spoke with was down to earth, friendly, and genuinely curious about my background. A special thanks to Andrianna from the talent team, whose clear communication and warm approach made the process feel very efficient. Overall, a great experience from start to finish.

Entrevista
The interview process has 4-5 stages:
- 30-minute call with a team lead
- a technical task, followed by a review call
- values/culture fit interview
- 30-45 minute in-person chat with the CEO
At first, it might seem like a long process, but honestly, it was one of the best interview experiences I’ve had. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly - there was no sense of being “tested” or anyone trying to catch me out. Zego also provides a lot of resources to help you prepare for each round.
Special shoutout to Andrianna (Talent Acquisition) who was incredibly quick with updates, feedback, and prep advice for each stage. The feedback I received throughout was detailed and helpful.
Despite the multiple steps, the process was actually quite fast. My final interview was on a Friday afternoon, and I had the offer by Monday morning, which I happily accepted. So, while it may seem a bit lengthy, it’s also very efficient! I think it took about 2 weeks altogether, if we exclude the initial quick chat with the talent acquisition team.

A lot of questions around values. Those can be found on Zego's website and I recommend thinking of some scenarios around those from past experiences.
