I submitted by resume in person. The owner later called me to set up an interview. I talked with the owner in-person and was hired on the spot. We discussed pay and hours there as well. He was flexible with hours. He wanted me to work Saturdays and Sundays, but he allowed me to have Sundays off after I insisted.
