Internal recruiter reached out first and set up a phone interview with Director. That phone interval was technical but not very in depth. He seemed to like what I had to say, and invited me for onsite interview a week or so later. On site interview was very difficult, which was fine, but I didn't think it was fair. So nasty Eastern European tactics were employed.
