Pretty mixed. The recruiter never showed up to an initial phone screen but apparently made it sound like she had, as the first full interviewer (hour-long phone screen) after that seemed to be under the impression that she (the recruiter) had already given me a deeper understanding of the role. After the first interview, which seemed to go well, I had two additional hour-long phone interviews with other members of the team. Again, I thought these went well, but after two weeks of radio silence, I reached out to the recruiter just to clarify whether they were moving on with other candidates, and never heard back.
