In the interview 1st round is technical round which I completed. after that they call me for the practical test on the 2nd day. after I have done the practical test they told me we'll call you tomorrow and give results of the practical test.but they do not call me.when I call to HR for the result, HR does not know the result of the interview and daily say I forgot to talk with the project manager of your result. In this company, management is very poor.
