I was first directed into an online meeting where I was introduced to the senior developer I would be working under if I received the position as well as an HR rep. Here I was asked some basic questions about my experience and proficiencies. After completing this phase successfully, I was asked to join a meeting with the CEO later that day. Here I was told more about the position and what specific work I would be doing. After completing this step I was sent an offer that same day.
