Entrevista
Ok I applied to the company via career builder and then applied on their website. It took about 3-4 weeks to respond because they were actually opening a new store in my area. The day of the interview I knew I had to wear something fashionable and just not the typical business suit so I just grabbed a new slim fitting shirt from express and a narrow tie from bloomingdales. The interview was a one on one and I just filled out the official application and submitted the resume. I suggest doing research on the company and get the unique facts about the business and its plans so therefor you have questions and conversation material with your interviewer. SInce this is a sort of high fashion copy store, you should at least show some amount of interest in fashion and tell them your favorite brands, personal style, etc.
After being so prepared I knew I had nailed the interview. After about 10 days, I got the call and accepted the offer.
It was easy but it was a team call and there was like 20 people inside the call. i would prefer if they interviewed me in a private call instead. but it was easy
Easy. Conversational, they just need to hire ppl that will work their hours. I was nervous at first but the person that interviewed me was really nice. If you have experience with retail already you will probably get hired

The interview process was quite smooth and straightforward. Most of the questions were based on my previous experience, knowledge of the brand, and passion for fashion. The interviewer was friendly and the conversation felt more like a dialogue than a test. There weren’t any particularly difficult or unexpected questions, which made the overall experience feel relaxed.
