A very brief group interview in which the HR explained a bit about the company. Afterwards, they started the individual interviews in the same noisy room in which everybody else were waiting for their turn.

They asked about my previous work experience, my ability to providing customer service, and my availability. Easiest interview ever. A full availability will outclass any lack of experience or knowledge of the English language.
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.

It was a group interview and I started off introducing the person next to me then I had to do a few multiple choice questions then it was team work activities.
