I Applied for the position they call me after 1day to attend interview.
In interview day, first they collect cv and gave me a form to fill up.we were around 20 candidates and 3HR people from Zara.after some introduction of Zara and inditex they asked us to make a pair and we have to tell about partner(name,experience etc) after that they make group and gave us a situation of role play which was very easy. Finally they make 2 group and gave us a paper of question and ask for answer. I gave my best and answered very well. I don’t know in which basis they select candidate.

Tell me about your past experiences in customer service
They asked a few simple questions to see if you’re interested in fashion. Then they signed the contract right away. The whole process was quick and took only about fifteen minutes.
