Got a call from the HR recruiter requesting a day I could come in for an interview. It was a casual group interview setting with 2 other people, and we sat down and discussed questions about past jobs for 15 minutes. They said they would be in contact by the following Friday.

Describe a difficult customer experience you have had at a past job and how you fixed it?
It was a group interview it was very chill. We mostly did role-plays knowing more about Zara/index as a company. And learned about more of what a sales assistant is in Zara.

Online 30min group interview on Teams with 6 people incl. the interviewer. Perth, WA.
Questions were:
- Tell us about yourself and your past work experience
- What is your availability and what do you like most about customer service?
This is a group interview. Begin by introducing the brand and asking participants if they have any knowledge about it. Then, divide the participants into pairs (2-on-2 groups). Each participant should introduce themselves to their group member, followed by introducing their group member in front of everyone. Afterward, randomly select scenario-based role-play topics, assign them to groups, and let the participants act them out.
