Group interview in the corner of the kid's section of the store. We all pretty much went around in a circle answering what the manager asked. Unfortunately Zara's employee schedule isn't very flexible so after they saw my available days, I was turned down.
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

super casual, just stand in front of a store,

like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
