She told me the interviewing process would take approximately 3-4 weeks. and told me the coordinator would schedule two interviews with the hiring manager and a general tech interview. Then, the coordinator scheduled an interview with the hiring manager, but on the day of the interview, he rescheduled it and said that would also set the general tech interview. Then, the general tech interview was rescheduled and the interview with the hiring manager was rescheduled for the second time. And guess what? Of course, the general tech interview was rescheduled again. I have been waiting for interviews for 4 weeks, and after the interviews, I haven't received any feedback even after a follow-up letter to HR. I understand that it’s an employer’s market now, but respect for the candidate and his time is the basis of the employer’s reputation. Please, don't waste your and the candidate's time if you are not interested. Try not to reschedule the interview more than once, and at least excuse for delay.
