I applied at Zalando, and the entire interview process was as follows: 1. I first had a 45-minute interview with a sales partner. 2. Following that, I took a coding test with problems similar to LeetCode, which were not too difficult. 3.I participated in a live coding interview, where the questions focused more on solving real-world problems rather than typical LeetCode problems. 4.Next, there were three one-hour interviews:culture fit, system design and general tech. Although the interview experience itself was very good, with friendly and professional interviewers, I did not receive any feedback after completing all the interviews. Even after reaching out via email, I received no response from the company or the recruiters. It is disappointing that their recruitment staff do not respect the candidates enough to provide even a template response.
