I passed five rounds of interviews, but the experience turned out to be a waste of time and energy due to disorganized scheduling and unclear recruitment steps. Two of my interviews were abruptly canceled without prior notice as I joined the calls, forcing me to reschedule, which showed a lack of respect for my time. After the final interview, I received an email expressing satisfaction and an intention to proceed to the next steps. Then, I received a call to schedule a meeting. However, a few days later, I received another email from the same HR person stating they had decided not to move forward with my application. Later, the feedback I received regarding the application seemed subjective and unfair in my opinion.

I applied via Zalando's webpage. After a couple of days I got an invitation for the first screen. The whole process was: 1: First screen with recruiter 2: (offline) Assessment 3: final tech interview The final round was really tiresome since it was sub-divided into three interviews: ML interview, online coding (LeetCode), and the last one focused on system design.
