I Applied online and got a codelity test. It includes 3 sections : Sql, Python and Statistics. I did it well. Then I had my HR round and the HR never joined the call. It was unprofessional. Stop playing with candidates. I got another codelity test which I did not do, from the first impression it seems the HR is in mess. Another thought, I think coding test is old school method. Anyone can score well using chatgpt. Even though codelity tracks the cheating one can still do it using 2 parallel devices. For example I will never take a screenshot on the device which has my test open and use my phone to take an image and then covert it into text and then chatgpt in another device followed by manually typing the answers on the main device.
