I had a scheduled interview with Zalando in Berlin and I never received the phone call. After trying to reach the recruiter by phone and email, they got back to me a week later to reschedule the interview for a later date. The interview was not difficult and went well. I was told to expect a reply in one week exactly. Nobody ever got back to me. When I finally called them they encouraged me to apply again because I am a good fit for the company environment, only this one position required a bit more experience. I did so because I really wanted to work for the company despite the ridiculous hr management and application process and I got invited to another phone interview. 15 mins after the scheduled time I received an email that the recruiter is busy and cannot make it to the interview. So they had me waiting and wasted my time again. Incredibly disappointed, especially when I was super motivated to join the team.
