The most unprofessional hiring experience you can imagine:
- ignorant HR personnel, who wold not answer your emails
- under qualified interviewer, who has no idea what he is doing and tries to cover his lack of knowledge with rudeness
- last minute interview cancellations but they expect you to accept a new interview call you receive an invite in less, than 12 hours beforehand
Never again Zalando! Wasted 8 weeks of my life on it!

generic HR questions with HR and low level questions with PM interviewer (e.g. what would you do if the team refuses doing a ticket)
Great process - communication was timely and detailed. I enjoyed the process and although i didn't go through with the job i can highly suggest trying because it's not so difficult and the company has great benefits.
Easy interview without too many tricky questions. It took almost a month the whole process. The recruiter was not sure of her duties so it was not really clear how the process was working. Overall a normal experience.
