Had a great first and second interview with Zalando. In the first screening call, we had a brief chat and covered the basics of my experience. The second interview with the hiring manager was really interesting, personable and challenging.

The interview process was straightforward; - First stage recruiter call - Meeting with hiring manager - Case study - Panel presentation of case study The time between feedback from different stages should be improved.

after application, I received an invite within 3 days. Then I went through screening, 1st and 2nd interview - all that happened within 2 weeks and I was surprised about the speed. I enjoyed the conversations. Questions were basic: background and experience ("tell me about ..."). Sadly, I got ghosted afterwards with no feedback. I see here potential for further improvement to spend 5-10 mins to call a candidate and inform about the outcome.
