I applied for 2 positions: 1st case: I got rejected after the phone screen with recruitment coordinator. And that's totally fine. To figure out the reasons of being rejected I wrote an email asking for a feedback. Few weeks later, I've got an email saying that I am not skilled enough (there was no questions about my skills during the interview). I was just willing to know what went wrong and in return I received one sentence answer. 2 case: I have received an email from a recruitment coordinator that I successfully completed the phone screening, technical interview and the quiz test. In that e-mail I was mistakenly called by a wrong name. Then, again, in another email I was mistakenly called by my last name. Anyway... To receive an invitation link in Hangouts, I was asked to fill in my available dates. And I did so. It's been 2 weeks since I did not get any link or response back. There were also some other little unpleasant aspects in the whole interviewing process with Zalando. I really enjoyed being a Zalando customer and I still do. I love how the customer service works and I love their branding. It was the first place on my job priority list. But something is completely wrong when i comes to recruitment process and I am just disappointed ...
