I was first contacted by phone and did an interview with HR. Then I had to do Skype interview. After it they sent me a test which I had to complete. I had another Skype interview with 3 persons from the company. After 3 weeks of interviewing they didn´t hire me because in the last interview my answers were too general, as they told me.
