Quick to the point and no time for greetings. Situational questions and no feedback on the answers provided. Then some questions to test the analytical skills and knowledge of tools. Finally an opportunity to ask some questions but did not have sufficient time to ask all the questions. Impressing the interviewer within the 30-minute slot is very critical. How we steer the interview from the beginning is important.

The interview was done by existing Product Owners from different fields and questions were very open-ended. But they did not comment anything you said or give any feedback. The other interviewer was typing her laptop like she was not interested to be in the room at all. And not in a style of making notes. The atmosphere was cold and uninviting. I felt like they really didn't want anyone else to join the company. Rather odd setup when there is a constant lack of these professionals. I really didn't get a good feeling about the work or the company based on this.
