First part of the process consisted of a phone interview with the direct manager - quite friendly, nothing out of the ordinary. Then I was invited for a face-to-face interview, no details offered whatsoever regarding the content or the duration of the interview. The interview was very very long, divided in 3 parts: one interview with the direct manager, one with the manager and some HR person and another with the higher manager of the department. Plenty of case studies and brain teasers, the HR person insisted on some questions specific with the business. The overall experience was quite tiring. The two managers were very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately that came mostly after the discussion with the HR person who was very rude and aggressive and also judgemental towards my personal life choices. That was very unpleasant and a real put off for the rest of the interview. If not for the HR, the entire experience would have been way better. I would not like working with such colleagues.
