The interview process at Zafin was structured and professional. It began with an initial HR screening round, where my background, experience, and interest in the role were discussed. This was followed by a technical interview, which focused on my understanding of client support scenarios, cloud-based systems, and batch processing concepts relevant to the role. After the technical round, there was a managerial interview where I was assessed on my problem-solving approach, communication skills, and how I handle real-time client issues. The final stage was a culture-fit discussion to ensure alignment with the company’s values and work environment. Overall, the process was smooth and gave me a clear understanding of the role expectations and the company's support structure.

Ghosted on first interview and didn't give any response until next day and then rescheduled it for another day and on that day the panel joined 20 mins late and asked me if u could reschedule and then did the interview and now feedback from anyone after all this distres and multiple feedback requests. Basically no respect for the candidate and the hr should change it to cr or something because it's not humane.
