Zachry reviewed a copy of my resume - they I found out later they didn't really need it... Zachry interviews actually asked me questions about my work expereince, back ground, and if I held any technical degrees.... It turned out that my Zachry interview had no idea of the craft and or type of work associated to my craft... I was rather concern that the interview was not more involved than it was...

Basically, the interviewer wanted to know how long I had been in the facility that had just awarded Zachry a maintenance contract... I guess if I was hired based how long I worked in this facility - then perhaps that allows Zachry to assume that I was qualified (?)...
