I studied supply chain management in college. My resume showed that I only had experience in warehouse order processing, not freight clerk experience, but I was still arranged for an interview. They looked down on me because I had no experience and knew nothing. However, the job requirements did not specify how many years of relevant work experience were required. During the interview, it felt like you had already mastered all the freight process operations. There was no training after joining. I felt that they discriminated against graduates and wasted my time. And the working environment was bad.
