Applied directly on the website. The first round was an online assessment round. This online assessment was further divided into 3 sections each of them were elimination round. Section-1 : Aptitude Test : Contains questions of Quant, Verbal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, Attention to Detail and Data Interpretation. It had 46 questions to be done in 45 minutes. Level was not very difficult. Section-2 : PSDD round : I was given a case situation like a client wants to make a mall and had contacted a contractor with his various parameters and all. A whole comprehension was there and 8-10 situation based questions with plenty of time 20-25 mins I guess. Section-3 : Video Interview : Video questions where I was provided with 8 questions. 10 seconds to read and prepare for the question and 3 minutes to speak about it. 7 of them were general HR questions and 1 was a guess estimate question. After few weeks you'll get a call or mail from HR that you have cleared the online test and will be further proceeding with your profile. Next there will be a telephonic round with the HR where few more puzzles, attention to detail questions and guesstimates will be asked. If you clear that then HR will explain you the profile and other compensation details about the company and will forward you to the next round. Next Round is the most important round "The Case Study" round. In this you will be given a typical business problem and 4-5 questions (+ subsections) based on the premise. Total time will be 30-40 minutes. The case study will be highly based on DATA graphs pie charts table etc. So have good practice of DI. TIP : Don't stick to any one question for too long at least try all the questions if not completed. After that there will be a Case study interview with a Senior Associate or Manager and your case and answers will be discussed. BE confident in that round your candidature depends on this round only. There will also be some puzzles riddles and guesstimates in this round. If you clear this round there will be a final Behavioral FIT round on the same day (Most probably) in that more HR questions will be asked and you will be assessed whether you are fit for this profile or not. Questions from you resume (resume probe) will also be asked so be prepared. That is all if you clear this round HR will inform you about the onboarding procedure or you'll get a regret mail in case you 're not selected. The key is to be highly analytical, confident and good with numbers, graphs and guesstimates. I was rejected in my case interview. There is no technical round for BOA or DAA profile.
