Entrevista
I applied through their offcampus drive held in PCCOE, Pune on 14th January 2014. Exam was conducted by AMCAT nd was fairly easy. But their selection process is tough. Assuming 3000 students appeared, only 116 cleared aptitude. It was followed by a telephonic round which was more of a formality and an invite for face to face interview.
The next major elimination round was Case Study round. For BTA role, a dummy business problem was given and questions logically based on databases and SQL were asked. Very interesting. After clearing this, there were supposed to be 2 rounds -behavioral and principal but it was combined in 1 for us due to shortage of time. It included some more SQL questions, puzzles, guesstimates, resume probing questions and general HR questions like weakness & strengths.
At every stage, they will just check how smartly you approach the problem rather than the end result. Communication skills must be strong.

A few puzzles were tricky for me as I had not prepared.
I gave an interview for the business technology associate. Dificutly level of the interview at ZS associate was moderate. They mainly asked about the resume - related points e.g. past projects and experience at previous company.

Have to solve a business problem using sql
The interview had aptitude round, case study and HR round.
The aptitude round was remote and online while the case study and HR round was at the Pune office.
The interview was difficult but interesting.
