Round 1, Aptitude Test:
First round of the selection process was the aptitude round. We had to solve 55 questions in 50 minutes, questions are not divided into sections. This round was an elimination round.
Round 2, Video Interview:
Shortlisted people from the aptitude round had to give an online video interview. We had to answer to 8 questions, which comprised of both technical and HR questions, the answers are to be recorded and sent. Shortlisted students reached the next round.
Round 3, Case Study Round:
We were called to their Pune office for this round. We were given a case to solve, the time given was 40 minutes. The case was pretty easy, easier than the ZS Case Challenge problem. After 40 minutes we were asked to submit our case solution along with our CVs. We were then called for a one-on-one interview. In this interview a few questions were asked about the internships we had done, rest of the interview was dedicated to discussion of the case solution.
Round 4, Behavioral, Technical, HR:
All shortlisted candidates from the last round could proceed for this round. This was again a one-on-one interview but was taken by a senior employee of the firm. Most of the projects on the CV were discussed in detail, two guesstimates were asked, then the HR questions.
