Entrevista
First Round: Two-part phone interview with managers. First part is a fairly straightforward behavioral interview with time for you to ask questions about the firm. Second part is an interactive case interview through the assistance of a slide share program. Case was relatively simple and tested methodology over subject matter expertise.
Second Round: In office interview that lasts nearly all day. Morning session begins with a written case where candidate is given ~60 minutes to prepare a 5 slide synopsis and recommendation. 35-40 minute presentation follows with two managers who ask fairly difficult follow-up questions to push problem solving mechanism. Lunch acts as a behavioral interview as you go with a couple potential peers and discuss career plans. Afternoon session has two parts, the first a less formal case interview with a principal that includes no notes. This is an "off the cuff" thinking exercise. The day ends with one final behavioral interview that mirrors that of the first round phone call.

Screening: 30 min phone screening call
First Round: 1 case with a Manager (non-healthcare, structured and unstructured) - straightforward, good time chat with the interviewer, and ask questions
Final Round: 2 Cases with Managers (1 structured with lots of data and calculations - no time given for framework, and 1 unstructured with time to structure your thoughts + 1 behavioural question), 1 behavioural interview with Partner

Entrevista
Interview process was pretty quick - I had a screening call with a TA specialist and then a week later a blended case study. I was told I wasn't selected to move forward in the process even though my interviewer told me I had done a great job with the case study.
Recruiter call pretty focused on your resume so know it like the back of your hand. After asking me his questions, recruiter spent some of the time describing ZS - 90% life sciences sector, 10% tech, transportation, energy, etc. Talked about onboarding (ZStart) and gave me some pearls on what they talk about in hiring meetings - what candidates mostly fall short on.
