Step 1: Online Exam conducted by hirepro . you have to give test from home with webcam and microphone on . Don't try to be oversmart here . Test is not that difficult and if you have prepared for CAT in the past , it should be a cakewalk. Quant was a bit tricky . No negative marking , but there is sectional cutoff so try to correct more than 50 % questions in all sections. Step 2: Telephonic Round HR called after 10 days of written test , Asked some basic questions about myself and then gave me a Guesstimate to solve . This round is actually important , few of my friends got eliminated here only . Anyways , it went for about 10-15 mins .. and then the HR invited me for Next rounds of interview held in their Gurgaon office . Step 3 ) Case study . This is where i made the mistake , i had prepared for situational based case study ( the ones given on youtube ). To my surprise , it was numerical based case studies and it checks your analytical skills .. if someone wants to prepare for it , Brush up your Data interpretation skills. I got eliminated here only . The interviewer asked me a puzzle also in the case study round which I was not able to answer. I have quite a few of my friends in the company so I can tell you about behavioral round too . They ask you basic behavioral interview questions , plus one or two puzzles and a guesstimate . Each interview goes on for about 30-45 mins . Excellent communication skills are must if you want to enter consultancy . Will apply again in a few months . Wish me luck ! :)
