This was a very rigorous process where I ended up giving 7 rounds of interview. The HR kept telling me this is the next round but every person seemed to evaluating the same thing with little alignment between them. Finally the HR told me that I am selected and told me to schedule another alingment round where the person again ended up asking the same detailed interview and putting the candidature on hold. Spent close to 3 months in the process with no outcome.
